Founded in beautiful Bakersfield (yeah, I've been there) in 1956, when Leonard Cormier and his sons Leonard Jr and Romo purchased Motor Center Properties from Lawrence Lake - where the name "Three-Way" comes from, a three-way split. In 1970, they were located at 3800 California Avenue, having moved there the year before.
