I'm still trying to figure out where this was located - some time in the late '60s it moved to 1155 Canton Rd. NW in Carrollton, where it is today as Huebner Chevrolet-Subaru. It was founded by Archie Huebner in 1949, and sold to Scott Cole in 1990.
Beginning in 1979, a 21-foot-tall statue, "Mr. Cost Plus", stood guard over the new dealership. When the building was re-roofed, Huebner moved the statue to Calhoun, Georgia, where it located at Service Chevrolet-Oldsmobile. Mr. Cost Plus stood there until 2009, when he toppled off the building when his retaining cables snapped in a wind storm, and his head was subsequently stolen.
