409 I think
Someone was having a little fun with this Impala picture. 427 FE under the hood? Explains the parachute on the back.

Litten Motors, 1965
Back when I started this blog, I mentioned that Litten Motors was the reason why I went looking for these yearbook pictures. Litten is the dealer that sold my 65 F85 442, and my car sat in this showroom before it was sold. The two photos I found were from 1964 and 1966. The 1965 yearbook was not online. So I called the East Liverpool OH library and they had a copy. A few days later I had a scan of the page with Litten. Unfortunately my car was not out front or in the window. A 55 Chevy was out front, and they were too lazy to move it. Oh well, at least I know what the dealer looked like when Lawrence Serafy walked in and purchased my car back on January 8th 1965.
